What happens to your data.

Who We Are

CASI+ is a field management application developed and operated by Creative Algorithm Software Inc. (“CreativeAlgo”). It is provided to companies that subscribe to the service (“your Company”) for managing their field personnel. If you are using this app, your Company has authorized your access as part of your work.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), your Company is the personal information controller of the data processed in CASI+. CreativeAlgo processes that data on your Company’s behalf as a personal information processor, and only as needed to provide the service.

Information Processed

• Account information — from your Company’s records: your name, SSS ID, email address, mobile number, role, and supervisor assignment.
• Profile information — you provide: photo, home address, and contact details.
• Location — captured only at the moment you check in or out of a store, to verify you are at your assigned location. The app does not track your location continuously or in the background.
• Photos — check-in/check-out and proof-of-work photos you capture in the app.
• Work records — schedules, attendance, timesheets, leave and overtime requests, sales entries, and form submissions.
• Device information — a device identifier used to secure your account to your registered device.

Why It Is Processed

Your data is processed for the work purposes your Company uses CASI+ for: verifying attendance, computing payroll inputs, routing approvals to your supervisor, reporting merchandising activity to the brands and principals your Company serves, and keeping your account secure. The legal basis is your employment or engagement relationship with your Company.

Who Sees Your Data

Your work records are visible to your supervisors and your Company’s authorized staff. Merchandising activity (visits, sales, inventory, photos taken in stores) may be shared by your Company with the client principal the activity was performed for. CreativeAlgo’s personnel access data only to operate and support the service, and never sells or shares your personal data with unrelated third parties.

Retention

CreativeAlgo stores your data only for as long as your Company maintains an active, paid subscription to CASI+. CreativeAlgo does not retain your data for its own purposes and does not keep client data after a subscription has ended, except where a limited period is needed to complete return or deletion, or where retention is required to resolve a pending dispute.

Philippine law requires your Company — as the personal information controller and your employer — to keep certain employment and payroll records for set periods (for example, at least three (3) years for employment records under the Omnibus Rules Implementing the Labor Code, and up to ten (10) years for payroll and accounting records under Bureau of Internal Revenue regulations, RR No. 17-2013 as amended by RR No. 5-2014). Meeting these obligations, and exporting or archiving the records needed to meet them, is your Company’s responsibility, not CreativeAlgo’s.

When your Company’s subscription ends, is terminated, or lapses for non-payment, CreativeAlgo will return or securely delete the data in accordance with your Company’s instructions. If no instruction is given, the data is retained only for a short transition window (45 days) to allow your Company to export it, after which it is permanently deleted from active systems; routine backups are then overwritten on their normal cycle.

Your Rights

Under RA 10173 you have the right to be informed, to access and correct your personal data, to object to processing not required by law or your engagement, and to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, stored on access-controlled servers, and your session is protected by a device-bound login. Report any suspected account compromise to your supervisor immediately.

What This Website Collects

The sections above govern the CASI+ application. This section covers crea8tivealgorithm.com itself — the site you are reading now — which collects a small amount of data separately from the app.

• Analytics — we use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies in your browser and records the pages you visit, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and basic device and browser details. It is used to understand which pages are useful, not to identify you.
• Spam protection — our contact and newsletter forms use Google reCAPTCHA v3. It runs on pages carrying those forms and sends device, browser and interaction signals to Google to score whether a submission is automated. No challenge is shown and no puzzle is solved.
• Contact form — the name, work email, company, team size and message you submit are emailed to us so we can reply. They are held in our mailbox, not in a database on this site.
• Newsletter — the email address you submit is sent to us so we can add you to the mailing list.
• Abuse prevention — your IP address is held briefly in the server's memory to limit how often a single visitor can submit a form. It is not written to disk and is discarded when the window expires.

Data handled by Google in the two cases above is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We do not run advertising cookies on this site, and we do not sell or share what we collect here with unrelated third parties.
