The rules for using CASI+.
The Service
CASI+ is software developed, owned, and operated by Creative Algorithm Software Inc. (“CreativeAlgo”) and made available to companies that subscribe to it (“your Company”). Your access is authorized by your Company for work-related use only and may be suspended or revoked by your Company or CreativeAlgo at any time.
Your Account
Your account is personal and bound to one registered device. Keep your password confidential, do not share your account, and do not let others perform check-ins or submit records on your behalf. You are responsible for activity performed under your credentials.
Accurate Records
Attendance, check-ins, photos, sales entries, and requests you submit become official work records of your Company. Submitting false or misleading records (including check-ins away from the actual store) is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action under your Company’s policies.
Acceptable Use
Do not attempt to bypass app security, tamper with location or device identifiers, access data belonging to other users or companies, reverse engineer the software, or use the app for any purpose other than your assigned work.
Intellectual Property
The CASI+ software, including its design and branding, is the property of CreativeAlgo. The work data captured through the app belongs to your Company. No rights are granted to you other than the limited right to use the app for your work.
Availability
The app is provided on an “as available” basis. CreativeAlgo may update, modify, or interrupt the service for maintenance. Offline data you capture is synced when a connection is available, but you are responsible for confirming your submissions are synced.
Changes to These Terms
CreativeAlgo may update these terms and the Privacy Policy. When the changes are material you will be asked to review and accept them again in the app before continuing.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
